事業者コード

事業者識別コードを設定する項目には、次の項目があります。
適格請求書発行事業者登録番号は、BT-30,BT-31,BT-48に記録します。

BT-30	Seller legal registration identifier	受注者国際企業コード 注文を受ける企業を表す国際企業コード 使用する場合、スキーマ識別子は、ISO/IEC 6523発番機関によって公開されたリストから選択する。
BT-31	Seller TAX identifier	The Seller’s VAT identifier (also known as Seller VAT identification number) or the local identification (defined by the Seller’s address) of the Seller for tax purposes or a reference that enables the Seller to state his registered tax status. In order for the buyer to automatically identify a supplier, the Seller identifier (BT-29), the Seller legal registration identifier (BT-30) and/or the Seller VAT identifier (BT-31) shall be present. 受注者を自動識別するには、BT-29,BT-30,BT-31の項目が設定されていなければならない。 受注者の適格請求書発行事業者登録番号 T+法人番号（国税庁） 適格請求書発行事業者登録番号は、BT-31かBT-32に設定します（UBLでは、同じ要素に対応）

BT-34	Seller electronic address	受注者電子アドレス(必須項目) メッセージレベルの応答の送信先となる受注者の電子アドレス。スキーマ識別子は、Connecting Europe Facility (CEF)が管理するリストから選択しなければならない。
BT-46	Buyer identifier	発注者の法人登録コード EN 16931-1では、省略可で複数指定不可。Schemeが指定されていない時には、取引相手間で合意されているコードの使用も可 If used, the identification scheme identifier shall be chosen from the entries of the list published by the ISO/IEC 6523 maintenance agency. 使用する場合、スキーマ識別子は、ISO/IEC 6523発番機関によって公開されたリストから選択する。

適格請求書発行事業者登録番号は、BT-31かBT-32に設定します（UBLでは、同じ要素に対応）。

事業所コード

支店、営業店、工場などをどう表現するかについては、BT-29,BT-46法人登録コードでの表現とBT-34,BT-49電子アドレスでの表現がある。

法人登録コード

BT-29,BT-46の項目については、If used, the identification scheme identifier shall be chosen from the entries of the list published by the ISO/IEC 6523 maintenance agency.（使用する場合、スキーマ識別子は、ISO/IEC 6523発番機関によって公開されたリストから選択する。）とされており、国税庁（ISO/IEC 6523-2 International Code Designator (ICD)発番機関コード0188）が発行する13桁の法人番号（organization identifier）と組み合わせて、ISO/IEC 6523-1の規定するコードの表現形式で識別子を定義します。
これは、登記情報レベルであり、実際の請求書では、xx営業所コードなどの取引相手と相互に取り決めた事業所/営業所コード等が使用されているのではないかと思います。海外では、organization identifierに加えて、organization part identifierまで、発番機関が登録発行しているようです。
organization part identifierは、ISO/IEC 6523−1:1998では、次の規定があり、発番機関以外の拡張が許容されています。
4.5 The Organization Part Identifier Source indicator (OPIS)
4.5.1 Purpose
Interchange partners may use various types of OPI, depending, for example, of the type of organization parts they want to designate, or of requirements proper to a given category of interchanges. For example they may use in some cases identifiers allocated by third parties such as a public
administration; in other cases they will use identifiers allocated freely by the organization itself; etc.
4.5.2 Rules
4.5.2.3 If the OPI used is a combination of an identifier allocated by the issuing organization managing the Identification Scheme specified in the ICD, and of a complementary identifier allocated by other means (for example by the organization itself), the values 0 and 1 shall not be used.

電子アドレス

BT-34,BT-49には、登録されているCEF管理下のコードから選択して使用する。
Electronic Address Scheme (EAS) の例： 0060 Data Universal Numbering System (D-U-N-S Number), 0088 EAN Location Code, 0199 Legal Entity Identifier (LEI)　
D-U-N-S Number、GS1 GLN等は、ロケーションを表現可能。
GS1 GLNは、電子インボイスの電文を送る封筒であるSBDHでも使用されている。次にGalaxy gateway サイトからの例を示す。
