2. JP PINT V1.0 Syntax bindingでは financial service network providerが指定できません
BISの定義には変更がないのですが、Syntax bindingが変更されています。

BISに変更がないのですが、固定値’NA’を使用することとされています。なぜこうした変更をおこなったのでしょうか。 BIS文書では
(3) Mandatory, used to identify the financial service network provider of the card. Examples are VISA, MasterCard, American Express.
必須。カードの金融サービス ネットワーク プロバイダーを識別するために使用されます。 例としては、VISA、MasterCard、American Express があります。
と説明されていますので本来であれば、Business Termを追加定義すべきだったと思います。
「例としては、VISA、MasterCard、American Express があります。」との説明ですので、’NA’で済ますわけにはいかない項目だと思います。
CEN/TS 16931-3-2では、次の記載がありますので、BT-87 Payment card primary account numberは、cbc:PrimaryAccountNumberIDとcbc:networkIDの組み合わせで表現しているようです。
Syntax required element not mapped to a business term. という解釈が間違っていたのではないでしょうか。
3. チェックルール

BIS Billing 3.0には、cac:CardAccountのcbc:PrimaryAccountNumberID及びcbc:NetworkIDについて次のルールが定義されていました。

PCI Security Standards Councilの勧告に従い最長で先頭６文字＋末尾４文字の１０文字までというルールです。

JP PINTでは、cbc:PrimaryAccountNumberIDについて次のルールがBR-51の代わりに定義されています。

JP PINTでは、４〜６文字と変更されていますが、これはどこの勧告に従ったものか明記されていません。
なお、いづれもcbc:NetworkIDについてのルールはありません。
